Q: My product looks different from my last order. Is something wrong?

A: No. There may be slight color variations because we are using natural ingredients.

Q: My cleaner smells different from my last order. Did you change the formula?

A: No, the formulation has not changed. However, due to the natural extraction processes of the pure essential oils we use, the scent and color has the possibility of changing from harvest to harvest. This is quite common in real natural products.

Q: Are your cleaners safe to use inside the microwave?

A: Yes!

Q: Is there a “shelf-life” or “use by” date for your products?

A: No. The only thing that may occur after a couple of years is separation, which you can just shake and the product is still effective.
